In October 2013, Hacking Pediatrics held the very first hackathon focused on pediatric healthcare, sponsored by Boston Children’s Hospital in collaboration withMIT’s Hacking Medicine.
Over the last two years we have seen hundreds of clinicians, designers, entrepreneurs, engineers, technologists, patients, parents and mentors get together to help build amazing things for children and their families.
We’re fostering a movement of collaborative innovation with the clinicians, patients and parents at Boston Children’s Hospital and the brilliant minds outside of healthcare that can help build something magical.
We changed things up this year!
Hacking Pediatrics 2015 Mashup once again brought together the most pioneering minds to disrupt pediatric healthcare. Our invite-only event took a different approach to healthcare hackathons by curating the biggest issues facing patients, families and clinicians at Boston Children’s Hospital by exclusively partnering with the best companies and organizations to help solve these problems in only one day. We’re were thrilled to host the pre-event networking session at Zaffre Investments on Friday, November 13th, 2015 and the firstHacking Pediatrics Mashup on Saturday, November 14th, 2015 at District Hall in Boston’s Innovation District.
