Join the MIT Media Lab’s Engineering Health group as they kick-off the academic year with an exciting new innovation series as a part of the Engineering Health Class. The first Health Night this Fall is on Wednesday, Sept 30th from 5-7 pm. 

Come enjoy food and drink while learning about the Media Lab’s approach to rapid prototyping medical technology and meet fellow physician-innovators in the Boston community. Prof. Ramesh Raskar and his lab have been working on low cost cutting edge technology for several years both domestically and in India. However, we want to learn more from you about the frustrations and innovative solutions of doctors from all specialties to inspire our engineers and students to dive into new exciting problems. 

What to expect: 
(i) A kick off with 3x3 (3 mins, 3 slides) presentations of health tech research (YOU are welcome to present or send a scientist. Submit your topic title asap.) 
(ii) Wish list items from health professionals in the 3x3 format
(iii) Break-out sessions: teams work in parallel in refining the problems and solutions
(iv) If you are a physician, become a Meddit Fellow to get your dream problem solved by engineers!
